From May 2025: Changes to payout schedule

Payment term extended by one week

Currently, we pay out your completed transports from the previous week every Friday. This will change, as we are extending the payment term by one week. The last payment under the current schedule will be made on Friday, May 9.

There will be no payouts on May 16, and the new payment schedule will begin on May 23.

What this means for you:

• Starting Monday, May 5th, we will begin collecting the first invoice for the new payment period, covering transports up to Sunday, May 11. This invoice will be paid on Friday, May 23, instead of May 16.
  
  
• This means that there will be no payout on Friday, May 16, as you are used to.
  
  
• Please note: after Friday, May 9, the next payout will take place on Friday, May 23.
  
  
• Between May 10 and May 22, there will be no payments made by Brenger due to the transition to the new method.

Why this change?

Over the past few months, we've grown in the number of businesses and marketplaces we work with. This means we can offer you more transport jobs, but unfortunately, it also means we need to extend the payment term to you by one week. More and more of our customer payments are coming in after 30 days, which is why we are forced to expand our payout period.

Below you’ll find the key dates for the payouts and the transition period. 

Please keep in mind: there will be no payout on Friday, May 16.
