What is the performance programme?

At Brenger, we work with a courier performance program. This means that the access you get to transports is based on:

1. The reviews you receive from customers,
2. Your punctuality ratio (link to FAQ what is punctuality ratio) and
3. The amount of transports you have performed.

Higher reviews means higher status and thus access to more transports, including from our business partners. After every delivery, your service is reviewed by the (business) customer and the recipient. 

The reviews are insightful for both our customers and you. Based on reviews, we calculate the average review score and the courier receives a status in our system. 

Your service is rated on professionalism, communication and friendliness, among other things.
