What are sub-accounts?

Updated at: 2023-11-27 12:11

As the account administrator, you can add sub-accounts to your profile. The Brenger app for couriers has a feature that allows courier companies to manage the planning of each of their couriers on our platform.

These sub-accounts have limited functionality: they can carry out transport jobs assigned to them but they do not have access to new transport jobs, rewards, and payment details. You, as the admin courier, can claim jobs and assign them to a certain sub-account.

As the account administrator, you can view your couriers' performance and see what impacts their scores. You, as the admin account, are responsible for the performance of your sub-account(s). We expect the sub-couriers to be experienced, and are well informed about the Brenger way of working.

It is mandatory to use sub-accounts when other couriers are executing the transport than yourself.

Please note:

We expect these sub-couriers to either be self-employed with a registered company, or are employed under a contract at your company.

Through the app, you can easily add sub-accounts.

When you claim jobs, you can assign them to a sub-courier's account so that both you and us have a clear overview of who is driving which job.

Click on the top right menu and go to dashboard, and press 'add courier'. Enter your details and we will send you the application form to add a sub-account.
