When is a certain level reached?

Green

This level should really be seen somewhat as your trial period. If you have successfully completed 3 transports and your average review score is above 4.0, you will advance to Silver

Silver

The second level in our performance system is Silver and you achieve it if:

• You have completed more than 3 transports and
• Your average review score is between 4.0 and 4.5, and
• Your average review score over the last 25 transports is between 4.0 and 4.5, and
• Your punctuality ratio is below 50%.

Gold

The third and second highest level is Gold. You have Gold status if:

• You have completed more than 20 transports, and
• Your average review score is between 4.5 and 4.7, and
• Your punctuality ratio is between 50% and 65%.

Diamond

The highest level you can achieve at Brenger is Diamond! You achieve this status if:

• You have completed more than 40 transports, and
• Your average review score is higher or equal to 4.8, and
• Your punctuality rate is above 80%."
