How can I achieve a good punctuality rate?

First, it is important that you plan your time slots properly. You have until 20:00 the evening before the transport to adjust your time slots. 

Check carefully for each transport what the exact time slots are. We also recommend using the latest version of the app, and cancelling your stops the moment you have done them. 

Also, ask customers to leave a review if they are satisfied, because a good review eliminates a confirmed stop outside the time slot.


Secondly, our business customers expect you to turn on location features ''when using the app''. Otherwise, there is a risk of dropping a level that will prevent you from seeing and completing business orders If you already have this on, great!


When confirming a stop, you can still send or call the location to the client via the app as usual. This keeps it even more personal.


How do you do that? If you search for location in your phone's settings you can set it up.


IOS Settings > Brenger for couriers > location > when using the app


Android Settings > apps > Brenger for couriers > permissions > location > allow when using app
