What is the punctuality ratio?

The punctuality ratio represents the percentage of stops whose pick-up and delivery you confirmed in your proposed time slot.


So also make sure you do this as soon as you arrive at the pick-up/delivery location. This is because your time slot and location count towards your level. 

So always confirm your stop in the app immediately, so you get a higher punctuality rate, business customers get a correct view of whether you honour the appointment and we get a correct overview of the status of your order.
