What happens if I don't arrive on time?

The ratio is calculated over the last 100 transports. This means that if you are late once you have a ratio of 99%. 

You can tell by the colour of the delivery time if your stop was confirmed within (green) or outside (red) your proposed time slot.

For our highest level diamond, this means that at least 65% of the transports carried out must be collected and/or delivered within time period and at the agreed location. 

This leaves us with a little margin (35%), because of course many unforeseen circumstances can happen during transport. Achieving a higher punctuality ratio should therefore definitely be possible!
