Why is there a punctuality ratio?
Updated at: 2023-03-06 11:25- We often receive feedback from you that a job takes longer than we estimate. To improve this, we need data on how long you take to complete a stop. We use this data to improve the structure of the reward. So for example, the time you need to load and unload but also the time you need to get from A to B. If this is not correct, you can share your feedback with us at confirmation.
- The most common complaint from business customers is that couriers arrive outside the time slot. For this, we have a way to validate where a courier is at the time the stop is confirmed. If we don't do this, business customers stop using Brenger and we can no longer offer these orders to you.
We look at this in terms of:
- Whether you confirm the stop within the agreed time frame.
- Whether you confirm the stop at the agreed location.
If you don't confirm them correctly, your punctuality rate will drop which eventually means you won't be able to see and complete business orders.
Do you see something that is incorrect? For example a wrong address entered by the client, please send us a message! Then we'll make sure it doesn't affect your ratio.
