Do you deliver the items inside?

There may be times when the customer books a service that requires you to deliver to a certain floor, and not to the door. 

Brenger is insured for damage to the item that occurs during transport from door to door. If damage occurs indoors, it is not covered by Brenger's insurance, and the courier and customer will have to settle this between themselves.

You can have the customer sign a signature before the items are lifted inside. When signing, we let it be known in a clear way that the courier and Brenger are not responsible for damage inside the house.
