How do I know what are proper photos and how do I upload them?

Updated at: 2023-11-06 15:39

To avoid incorrect or unjustified damage claims from customers, we expect 3 photo's to be taken for every transport. Ifthe photos are insufficient and a damage claim has been filed, we will charge a maximum €150 excess in case of damage or loss.

When confirming the pick-up and/or delivery stop, we expect the following photos to be attached:

1. A photo of all belongings picked up by you.

2. A photo showing that you have transported the items with straps and moving blankets.

3. A photo of all the items delivered by you.

Here are some tips on taking the photos:

- Make sure all the items you bring are clear in the photo.

- Make sure all the straps & moving blankets are visible so we know you transported it safely.

- Should the item already be damaged before collection; make sure you clearly show this in the photo.

- Show that the item was properly wrapped with moving blankets during the transport.

- Make sure all the items that you transport are on the photo.
