Can't make the delivery?

It may happen that the delivery address does not answer and cannot be reached. If you are unable to get in touch with both the pickup and delivery address, please call Brenger directly and together we will find the best solution at that time. You are not supposed to just leave this without consulting Brenger or the customer. If you do, you are fully accountable.
