What are call-out fees and when does Brenger pay this to you?

Call-out charges are costs incurred as a courier when travelling to or having been to a particular stop. Brenger will cover 75% of the call-out costs of the transport, we do not apply a maximum rate here.

Brenger will cover call-out charges in the following cases:

1. When the pick-up address is different from that specified by the client, you are entitled to 75% call-out charges.
2. When you have sent a correct photo of the front door, a screenshot in which we see that you have called the client twice, and that you have contacted us.
3. When the contact person of the pickup address is not present between the agreed pickup time and in the 15 minutes thereafter. You do not have to take the item then. For auctions, we do not pay for this first 15-minute wait.
4. If the order is canceled within 24 hours by the customer or Brenger you will receive 75% of the original reward.
