What do you do when a customer is not at home?

Pickup address
If no one is present at the pickup address during the passed time period, take the following steps:
- Wait at least 15 minutes and in the meantime call the contact person at the pickup address at least 2x
- Take a picture of the front door, so you have proof that you were there
- Call Brenger in the meantime to report that you are standing in front of a closed door
With the exemption of auctions, here you may have to wait longer than 15 minutes due to a waiting line.
Because of this, the reward for an auction transport is also slightly higher by default!
Delivery address
If nobody is present at the delivery address during the specified time period, please take the following steps:
- Wait at least 15 minutes and call the contact person of the delivery address at least 2x
- Call Brenger the moment you are at the delivery address. Then together we will look for an appropriate solution
