How do I upload the correct photos?
Updated at: 2026-04-29 10:22To avoid incorrect or unjustified damage claims from customers, we expect you to upload photos for every transport. If the photos are insufficient and a damage claim has been filed, we will charge a maximum €50 excess in case of damage or loss.
To clearly determine when damage may have occurred, we ask you to take photos of every item you transport.
Before (at pickup)
- Take photos before lifting and loading the item into your van
- If an item already has damage or scratches, make sure this is clearly visible
- Upload them directly in the app
After (at delivery)
- Take photos after placing the item in the correct spot
- Upload them directly in the app
Here are some tips on taking the photos:
- Make sure all items are clearly visible in the photos
- If an item is already damaged at pickup, capture this clearly
- Ensure every item is included in your photos
- Always use moving blankets and straps to transport items safely. These are mandatory.
