What do you use the photos I took for?

By collecting photos of the product’s condition at the time of collection and at the time of delivery, Brenger gathers evidence for the insurer to assess the situation. If a claim is made by the customer, the photos are used to determine whether an own risk of €50 will be charged from the courier. The photos therefore serve as evidence. Without high-quality photos, it is impossible to assess the claim for damage and whether it did indeed occur during transport. 

If we do not have good photos for a delivery you have carried out, and we receive a claim for damage relating to it, an own risk of €50 will be charged.
