How does the 15-minute free cancellation period work?

It’s now easier to plan last-minute transports within 48 hours of the execution date. When you accept a transport close to the pickup date, you’ll get 15 minutes to cancel for free.

Here’s how it works:

    1.    You accept a transport that takes place within 2 days.

    2.    Your 15-minute free cancellation period starts right away.

    3.    Within that time, you can cancel the transport for free in the app.

    4.    After 15 minutes, regular cancellation fees apply.

How often can I use this?

The free cancellation window applies once per transport. If you cancel and later re-accept the same transport, you won’t get a new 15-minute window.

Where can I see the timer?

Once you accept a transport, you’ll see a clear countdown in the Brenger app. When the timer ends, the free cancellation period is over.
